SECURITY DEPOIST:
A fully refundable security deposit of 500€
is required on arrival subject to our terms and conditions.
You can choose to pay this credit card or cash. A full
refund will be returned to you on the safe collection
of the keys on departure (subject to loss or damage
to the property). We require a copy of your passport
and two current household bills as proof of identification.

CHANGE OVER DAY:
On arrival you can take possession
of the property from 12noon. If we have no prior guests,
you can arrive at the property from 11am onwards. Our
property manager will meet you there with the keys.
If you are arriving outside working hours there is a
optional 25€ out of hours charge for our property
manager to greet you or you can collect your keys from
our security code box.
On your leaving day you will be meet at 10.30
by the property manager and he will make an inventory
check of the property and request payment for any additional
services rendered. You will need to vacate the property
at 11am in time for our cleaners to prepare the property
in time for new arrivals.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES:
• Wine Cellar
We have a wine cellar and I have hand selected some
of our favorite local Spanish wines for your pleasure
in the house. Believe me I have had to sample a lot
of tried and tested wines to pinpoint what I consider
the good ones, saving you the trouble of having to guess
whether a label is any good. I know it’s a tough
job but someone had to do it! There is a Price List
(call for details). Wine can be paid for at the
end of your stay. We have wine from 5€ to over
50€ a bottle to suit all tastes.
• Daily Maid Service
The house will have had a maid cleaning service before
your arrival. If you would like to have a daily cleaning
service this can be arranged at a cost of €20 per
house per day or €40 for the whole house per day.
This is a 1 hour service which would include beds made,
floors swept, disposing of refuge, washing up in Kitchen.
If you require the maid for another hour for washing
towels extra mess etc...please arrange this with her.
Please arrange to pay the cleaner direct with cash euros
each day.
• Cooking Service
Don't fancy cooking whilst on Holiday? Like the idea
of a local Catalan cook coming to the house to prepare
breakfast each morning? How about a traditional Catalan
dinner for your group? Caterers can come in to provide
a banquet or party in the garden for a special occasion
like a Wedding reception, Birthday or Garden party?
Either way we can organize any bespoke cooking service
you require:
Breakfast cook per breakfast

Cooked Breakfast includes: Eggs, Bacon, Beans,
Sausages, Toast, Orange Juice, Tea, Coffee, Milk,

• Welcome Pack
We can arrange a welcome pack for you. Just tell us
what you want and our property manager will do a shop
for you having all of your groceries packed and refrigerated
before you arrive. Depending on what you require we
will charge you the cost of the groceries plus the managers
fee for buying and delivering. This will need to be
pre paid when your final balance is due
